We partner with clients across the UK, Ireland and much further afield on appointments that are equally geographically dispersed. Each client and each assignment is different as an Executive Search Consultant youll have ownership of managing a wide range of executive search assignments from start to completion. Youll work with senior stakeholders to ensure a solid understanding of their business and their requirements, planning the assignment, defining the approach and setting thesearch parameters for each specific project. Youll set and achieve key milestones and agreed deliverables, managing internal resources to ensure right first time on every occasion. Business development and an existing client network are not pre-requisites for this role but a focus on delivery is a non-negotiable. With high professional standards, the Executive Search Consultant will ensure a genuinely positive experience for all parties, supporting senior executives throughout the process and beyond. Applicants should possess the following: A strong and credible background in senior level recruitment, ideally working across multiple sectors or role functions in a consultancy or in-house setting. An ability to truly understand clients, their objectives and their complex recruitment requirements and to define recruitment solutions to meet these. Client focused with evidence of delivering robust recruitment processes with successful outcomes. An ability to establish and develop solid, long term working relationships at Board level to further develop business. Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create high specification supporting information. Organised, capable of managing project resources and successfully delivering multiple deadlines at varying stages. A self-starter who equally enjoys working as part of a team.
