Salary : £120-£140 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role :
Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join vibrant and supportive schools in Portland, Dorset. Key Responsibilities :
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning.
* Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback to both students and parents.
* Differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
* Manage classroom behavior effectively and foster a positive, respectful learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
* Maintain accurate records of student performance and report regularly to school leadership.
* Promote a culture of high expectations and support students in their personal and academic growth.
Requirements :
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (EWC registration for Wales).
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and best teaching practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with this process if necessary).
* Understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to child protection.
