We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Assistant. You will work with the Chef to assist in ensuring that the food preparation, cooking and service are all to a high quality and standard. You will maintain the cleanliness of the catering area and will support in receiving, storing and maintaining good. You will hold a minimum of a level one professional cookery qualification or equivalent and have previous experience of work in a similar environment. This post will work on a rota basis and applicants must therefore be prepared to work between the hours of 8.00am – 2.00pm as well as being flexible to meet the business needs across different campuses.
