Our client a fantastic and multi industry award winning family run car dealership who have been trading for over 50 years successfully based in Croydon are currently looking for an Automotive Service to join their Automotive Aftersales and Customer Service team!
Our Client, is looking to recruit an experienced and customer focused Customer Service Advisor with a stable car industry work history to join and support the work of their Service Department. This is a great opportunity to work within a family oriented car garage environment where you will be treated as more than just a number. Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:
11. Dealing directly with customers
12. Liaising with Technicians and Service Manager to provide a great customer experience
13. Responding to customer requests and concerns
14. Parts ordering and payments
15. Tracking the vehicle through the workshop and scheduling services
16. Invoicing work complete and parts used for final customer bill
