Location: Edinburgh, Hybrid. In this position, you’ll be based in the Edinburgh office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for part of your week.

Responsibilities
* Lead analysis practice to translate business requirements into technical user stories and solutions that meet business requirements and conform to Computershare's architectural and security standards.
* Ensure teams follow the software development methodology.
* Manage and lead the product and analysis team, defining a clear progression plan for ambitious and high-potential individuals; keep the team challenged, motivated and harmonised.
* Collaborate with executive partners and technology leaders to demonstrate thought leadership.
* Shape new services and products across business and regional boundaries in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Use meaningful metrics to track delivery value and customer satisfaction.
* Manage resources effectively, including outsourcing contracts where required, and onboard and measure staff appropriately.
* Focus on innovation, quality and productivity to uplift delivery capability.
* Manage operational risks, audit findings, penetration test findings and remediation plans.

We’re seeking a passionate Head of Product & Analysis who is ready for their next challenge. You will collaborate and communicate well, build strong working relationships, influence others, challenge effectively and respond to feedback. You will be comfortable sharing information and ideas with others.
Key Skills
* Experience as a Manager/Team Leader working with global, geographically dispersed development teams across the full software development lifecycle.
* Significant experience in an IT or Business analysis role.
* Experience in using and implementing agile methodologies.
* Experience of influencing at all levels, from delivery team to Senior Management.
* Experience of technical mentoring of analysts with a track record of maximising the individual potential of team members.
* Excellent management skills – organising work and resources, planning and setting priorities, delegating effectively, timely monitoring and performance management.
* Experience of stakeholder management – building confidence, setting expectations and meeting commitments to increase customer satisfaction.
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
* Strong work ethic and initiative with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
