About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Private Client Manager to play a key role in our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of High Net worth individuals, Trust and Partnerships acting as a trusted adviser in this area. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional organisational skills, and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end client service.
What your days will look like:
1. Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals, Trusts, Partnerships acting as their key point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
2. Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on complex private client tax matters.
3. End-to-End Responsibility: Take ownership of client delivery, including compliance, ad-hoc advisory work, billing and ensuring adherence to firmwide risk management procedures.
4. Tax Compliance & Advisory: Oversee and review the preparation of complex tax computations and returns, while providing proactive advice on planning opportunities and wider tax issues.
5. Team Development: Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development and enhancing the overall capability of the team.
6. Client Interaction: Engage regularly with clients to anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
This role is for you if:
7. Proven track record in a private client role with a strong technical expertise in private client taxation, with proven experience managing similar client portfolios.
8. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
10. A proactive problem-solver with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
11. Professionally qualified (CTA/ACA/ equivalent).
