Marketing Manager, EMEA – London - Global Financial Services Company

Role: Marketing Manager, EMEA – London

Salary: Competitive, £85,000-£90,000 (depending on experience), plus standard employee benefits such as pension and holidays.

Location: London (On-site 4 days per week, 1 day remote)

Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role

Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)

Our client is a globally recognised financial services firm, with over 30,000 employees and a presence in 160+ cities including London, New York, Zurich, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Known for their innovation and market leadership, they are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join their EMEA marketing function and help deliver campaigns that promote their suite of financial solutions.

The Role

As part of the EMEA marketing team, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns aimed at institutional clients across the financial sector.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that promote advanced trading tools, data services, and technology solutions to audiences such as investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, brokerages, and market makers.

This is a hands-on and strategic role covering product positioning, brand messaging, thought leadership, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, digital, and commercial teams to ensure every campaign drives engagement and aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA targeting institutional financial clients
* Develop go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks for products and services
* Work closely with product and commercial teams to align campaigns with business objectives
* Manage campaign delivery across digital, content, events, and paid media channels
* Track and report on campaign performance, applying data insights to optimise results
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communications

What You’ll Bring

* 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, or similar
* Proven success in strategic planning and executing complex, cross-functional campaigns
* Experience in creating campaigns in financial services, investment banking, hedge funds, brokerages, asset management or similarly related
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
* Ability to turn technical product detail into clear, engaging messaging
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environment
