Position Summary:
The Junior Creative Producer supports the planning and creative presentation of Ateliers Londons visual communications. Working with photography and videography produced by the Photographer & Videographer Lead, this role is responsible for creating visual assets for social media, ensuring they align with Ateliers Londons new rebrand. Alongside preparing and presenting social media content for review, the position liaises with the onsite workshop to ensure completed products are ready for photography and is responsible for producing silo photographs for e-commerce.
We are looking for someone with a creative eye for digital assets, and a genuine interest in photography and videography. Applications will be assessed based on the portfolio and/or showreel provided.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare visual assets for social media content, ensuring alignment with Ateliers Londons rebrand and visual identity.
* Demonstrate a strong visual eye and understanding of photography and design aesthetics.
* Operate a camera to capture product photography and videography, producing silo images for e-commerce while the Photographer & Videographer Lead focuses on creative shoots (onsite training will be provided for product silo photographs).
* Support the Photographer & Videographer Lead with lighting, setup and post-production requirements.
* Coordinate the studios workflow with the onsite workshop production schedule to ensure completed products are organised for photography.
* Maintain organised digital asset libraries and studio equipment inventory.
* Ensure the studio environment and equipment remain ready for daily use.
* Coordinate with external photo retouchers to ensure completed shoots are uploaded promptly, files are accessible for post-production, and all assets are documented with the correct identification.
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent visual judgement and understanding of luxury design storytelling.
* Experience within luxury furniture, design, or visual communications is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Express, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Rush).
* Proficiency in managing social scheduling tools.
* Strong communication, positive attitude and is a team player.
* Understanding of SEO principles is advantageous but not required, as this position focuses primarily on creative development and visual storytelling.
* Skills in VFX and motion design software — such as 4D Cinema, After Effects, or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
* Analytical ability, including basic interpretation of performance data, is desirable but not essential.
* A Bachelors degree in Photography, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Applications will be assessed based on the portfolio and/or showreel provided.
