Strategy Manager
to lead the UK launch of their cutting-edge Hydrogen Fuel Cell and Energy Management System.
With a demo site already operating overseas, the company is building a new UK team to roll out market-ready renewable energy, battery, and fuel cell solutions. As the strategic lead, you'll leverage your business development expertise to grow the UK presence, supported by international colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strategic partnerships across the hydrogen value chain
* Engage with UK government bodies and B2B clients on project development.
* Identify and support local developer/investor-led projects.
* Manage budgets and oversee business planning.
* Promote hydrogen solutions through strategic marketing and technical materials.
* Lead commercial strategy and portfolio promotion.
* Support legal teams in JV and partnership agreements.
* Align PR efforts with customer engagement.
Requirements
* Proven business development experience.
* Experience in energy (Oil & Gas, EPC), preferably hydrogen sectors.
* Strong negotiation skills with government and commercial stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset, especially with global teams.
* Entrepreneurial drive and strategic thinking.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills.
* Ability to develop and execute lead-generation strategies.
