Requirements
* Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
* With at least 7-8 years of management experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry
* Strong interest in fashion as well as a strong knowledge of vendors and contacts within the industry
* Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Excellent product sensibility and understanding of competitive retail landscape
* Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business results
* Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
* Strong decision-making capability with the ability to influence, present and defend a business argument both one-on-one and in a group setting
* Business acumen, strong analytical and presentation skills
