Project Manager/Project Coordinator Required

Project Manager required to work for a manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
The core mission of the Project Manager/Senior Project Coordinator is to provide outstanding customer service, liaising with members of the Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. This position requires the ability to work as part of a team and to assist where necessary.
This is mainly an office-based role, but will occasionally involve site visits for surveys to resolve design and installation issues. It is important to note that our customer is a manufacturer & supplier, not a contractor, so we do not carry out installation work.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Customer Liaison: Working with customers to understand their specific requirements and ensure they are met efficiently with first-class customer service.
2. Design Understanding: Experience in understanding drawings is required.
3. Sales Liaison: Collaborate with the sales team to take responsibility for orders, finalize details, and see them through to completion. Attention to detail is crucial.
4. Delivery Liaison: Work with production, logistics, and customer site teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.

* Effective Communication: Clear and concise expression of ideas and views, verbally and in writing, professionally.
* Microsoft Office: In-depth knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Project Management: Understanding of project management mechanics and best practices.
* Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of product range, scenarios, options, usage, and certifications. Practical knowledge of manufacturing or construction methods is advantageous.
* Product Sales: Ability to upsell products and identify potential additional sales.
* Procurement: Understanding the importance of procurement, maintaining excellent supplier relationships, and working closely with the Procurement Manager to maximize profit.
Additional Info / Benefits
* Salary: £40,000-£45,000
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (3:30pm on Fridays)
