Main Responsibilities
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
* Hotel Security walk arounds
* Setting up breakfast, events, weddings,
* The role involves a lot of heavy lifting and setting rooms
* General hotel duties as requested
* General cleaning, security and maintenance tasks during the night
* Keeping the building safe, secure, clean and presentable
* General health and safety, fire safety control of the hotel at night.
In addition to the above night porters can be involved in basic and simple food preparation.
