Scheme Manager
Ongoing Temporary
30 hours per week over 5 days

Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, voids and tenanted (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes)
* Having a strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living
* Dealing with snagging in a new scheme
* Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella etc
* Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance
* Reporting into operations manager
* Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans
* Undertaking meetings on Teams and dealing with full range of IT tasks
The successful Scheme Manager candidate will have:
* Strong experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to fully utilise IT systems
* Housing Management background
* Enhanced DBS check
