About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse or ANP to join our vibrant Clinical Development Team at Ardens, based at our light and spacious offices in Downton near Salisbury.
This is a unique opportunity to use your clinical expertise to help shape, refine and enhance the Ardens clinical resources used by GP Practices across the UK. You'll work on developing templates, searches/reports and support our data analytics platform, Ardens Manager.

What you'll do:
* Collaborate with the Clinical Development Team to design and update templates aligned with the latest national guidelines.
* Update and enhance live templates, questionnaires, and cln based on client feedback and requests (may occasionally require out-of-hours work).
* Lead the Ardens solution for the 'Treatment Room,' including templates for wound management, and the 'Workforce,' addressing requests related to ARRS templates.
* Contribute to decision-making regarding changes for vaccination and smear resources.
* Monitor the Ardens national inbox, responding to incoming requests and feedback from practices and internal teams.
* Ensure all clinical resources meet Arden's rigorous clinical governance standards.
Take part in team meetings, including daily stand ups and regular project discussions.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
* 3-5 years' clinical experience in a GP practice (within the last 5 years).
* Proficiency in cervical smear and vaccination processes.
* High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* A passion for using technology to improve healthcare delivery.
Desirable:
* Experience with both SystmOne and/or EMIS.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* An understanding of QOF, NHS Health Checks and National/Local contracts.
* An interest in reviewing national guidance and converting it into user-friendly resources.

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
* A 4-day working week (to include Fridays) will be considered for the right candidate - ideal if you also hold a part-time clinical role in practice.
* Office-based in Downton, near Salisbury, Wiltshire.
