Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

1. Lead and manage the programme services team responsible for component repairs and supply chain.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of repair operations and supply chain processes.
3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Repairs and Maintenance:

4. Oversee the repairs and maintenance of components, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
5. Implement best practices and standardized procedures for repair operations to optimize turnaround times and costs.
6. Monitor and analyze repair data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction including growing repair capability.

Supply Chain Management:

7. Manage the end-to-end supply chain for components, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
9. Implement supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

Program Management:

10. Coordinate and manage multiple programs and projects related to repairs and supply chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
11. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress, performance, and impact.
12. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Customer Satisfaction:

13. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high-quality repair services and efficient supply chain operations.
14. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
15. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer service and operational performance.

Qualifications:

16. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (., PMP, Six Sigma) is preferred.
17. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, repair operations, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
18. Strong understanding of repair processes, supply chain principles, and program management methodologies.
19. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
20. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive operational improvements, and achieve cost savings.
21. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
22. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software is highly desirable.

This is not an exhaustive list and from time to time additional responsibilities may be provided directly from your Line Manager.
