KS2 Intervention Tutor\n\nWe are recruiting for Fully Qualified Teachers, HLTA, SEN and SEMH specialists, for KS2 Primary Intervention Tutor roles in Northampton.\n\nRole expectations:\n\nPlan your own tuition sessions in English and Maths, following the UK curriculum.\nCreate stimulating resources tailored towards individual learners’ abilities, needs and interests.\nDeliver sessions on a 1:1 or group basis, in learners’ homes, care homes or local libraries.\nGenerate Ed Place Assessments to gauge learners’ current levels and identify gaps in their understanding.\nUse our reporting platform (LEAP) to record sessions, monitor progress and attendance.\nReport any safeguarding concerns to your Teaching Personnel consultant.\nYou must:\n\nHave at least 2 years’ experience, teaching the UK curriculum.\nBe able to plan sessions and create resources independently.\nHave experience working with young people with SEN or SEMH needs.\nBuild a rapport with young people to create a safe learning environment and a holistic approach to learning.\nBenefits of being a tutor with Teaching Personnel …\n\nhourly rate of £25 ph\nFlexible working pattern\nLocal and regular work\nYou’ll have your own dedicated and hands – on tuition consultant to assist you – with future roles too!\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
