Based at our new GMP Manufacturing facility in Harwell, UK, this position will serve as the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator, supporting calibration, maintenance activities, and documentation. You will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the CMMS and documentation for the site, ensuring optimal performance and compliance within our groundbreaking mRNA technology environment. Here's What You'll Do: Your key responsibilities will be: Overseeing the daily operation of the CMMS System for a GxP facility. Maintaining CMMS asset information, SOPs, and work records. Acting as the in-house CMMS expert, providing training on asset management and equipment release. Establishing and maintaining schedules for calibration, maintenance, and validation events. Your responsibilities will also include: Supporting the creation and status maintenance of assets within the CMMS in alignment with GxP operations. Assisting in the triage of change/work requests and providing oversight of reports for investigating aging work records. Supporting the generation of site KPIs, metrics reports, and the processing of calibration/maintenance certificates. Adapting to and supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
