What Youll Be Doing
* Carrying out site inspections and plan checks across a varied portfolio
* Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, guidance, and industry standards
* Managing a regional caseload at different stages of the build process
* Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Providing high-quality, customer-focused advice throughout each project
What Were Looking For
* Ideally BSR registration Class 2AF for plan checking and site inspection, or 2ABD with a desire to progress (2A also considered)
* Strong working knowledge of legislation, technical guidance, and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
* Previous in-house or external building control experience
* Demonstrable case management skills with a solid portfolio
* Ability to manage a mixed caseload efficiently and professionally
* A valid UK driving licence
