Job Overview
The post holder will be a Ward Manager based within the Linden Centre on Galleywood Ward. Galleywood Ward is a 18‑beded adult acute female ward.
Responsibilities
The post holder is responsible for overseeing the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care for service users with mental health needs. The post holder works under the overall management supervision of the Clinical Manager/Matron and is required to undertake the duties autonomously, but with support. Active participation will be required in the training and education of learners allocated to the ward, and will encourage integration between the ward teams and community services.
