Key Responsibilities
As General Manager - Warehouse & Logistics, you'll:
* Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
* Oversee stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch
* Manage transport planning and delivery performance
* Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff and drivers
* Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational procedures
What we're looking for
We need an experienced leader who has:
* Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, ideally in fresh food or FMCG
* Hands-on leadership style and ability to lead from the front
* Experience managing ambient, chilled, and frozen operations (desirable)
