Job Description:
Diamond White Cleaning Solutions is looking for reliable and experienced cleaners to manage communal area cleaning at a number of our residential apartment blocks.
This role involves maintaining high presentation standards across internal communal areas and requires someone who can work independently/ in a team and take pride in their work.
Duties include:
* Cleaning internal hallways and stairwells
* Polishing brass fittings, handles and switches where required
* Keeping stair nosings clean and presentable
* Vacuuming communal carpets and maintaining polished floor surfaces
* Dusting high areas and light fittings
* Cleaning windowsills, skirting boards, dado rails, banisters and spindles
* Spot cleaning marks on walls and doors
* Reporting any damage or maintenance issues
* Completing attendance records accurately
Requirements:
* Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport
* Good spoken and written English
* Previous commercial or communal cleaning experience preferred
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Attention to detail and high standards
Hours & Pay:
* 20–24 hours per week
* £13 per hour
* Regular weekly schedule
* Opportunity for additional hours across other sites
Diamond White Cleaning Solutions operates across Essex and London, supporting managing agents and developers with professional cleaning services. We are looking for someone who wants consistent hours and long-term stability.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
