Main duties of the job
As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led serviceAs the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgeryDemonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient careFully understand and support the needs of each patient and their familyOffer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of careBuild your experience across new practices, equipment and facilitiesWork with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
