The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence‑based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of the clinical area, and participate in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
Main Duties
 * Provide holistic nursing care in a temporary staffing/Nurse Bank environment.
 * Support patient care planning and evaluation.
 * Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver high quality care.
 * Participate in the education and supervision of junior staff.
 * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

 * Nurse Member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Experience
 * Experience of providing holistic nursing care.
