Role Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end fundraising processes for private market clients.
* Oversee M&A advisory mandates, ensuring smooth execution and strategic alignment.
* Act as a key liaison between fund managers and investors, articulating fund strategies and positioning.
* Take ownership of project management across multiple fundraising cycles.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and execute growth strategies.
* Drive investor engagement and contribute to the firm's market presence and brand building.
Ideal Candidate
* Holds a minimum 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
* Proven experience in M&A advisory (project management), transaction services (project management), or placement agent roles.
* Demonstrates a direct, energetic, and sales-oriented personality.
* Comfortable with high-pressure environments and fast-paced execution.
* Background in investment banking or Big Four (non-audit) is highly desirable.
