NIGHT DUTY MANAGER Undertake night-time shifts to oversee the best-in-class service to Guests as well as overall site safety and security as per schedules and RAMs and SOPs. Ensuring staff across all Departments are attending to duties and responsibilities in the prescribed manner. Responsibility as primary contact to address comments, queries and requirements from Guests to the highest standard as expected at Louma.
