Adult Social Worker – Learning Disabilities Team – Darlington
Pay rate £27 per hour
Relevant Experience in:
1. Working with individuals with Learning Disabilities
2. Completing assessment support planning and Capacity assessments
3. Experience working with ICB/ CHC completing checklists and attending relevant funding discussion's.
4. Court of Protection applications and safeguarding triage and enquiries.
5. Able to manage a varied caseload of individuals with competing priorities, organisational skills are important.
