What You'll Be Doing
* Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
* Support match nights, social events and club activities
* Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch-side
* Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised
* Help run leagues and pitch bookings smoothly
* Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service
What You Bring to the Squad
* A people-person with great communication skills
* Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
* Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
* Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
* Previous experience in customer service - hospitality, leisure or sport is great - but not essential
* And let’s face it — you’ve got a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
