The role
ADI is looking for an IT Lead, responsible for Data Conversion to join our organization, leading our Microsoft D365 ERP deployment in Europe, as part of our newly created D365 Center of Excellence team. The deployment will be run out of Oldham, Manchester, requiring the deployment team members spending approximately three weeks on site. JOB DUTIES: Provide full ownership on the data conversion workstream within the Microsoft D365 ERP deployment program, with full accountability for scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality Lead all data cleansing, maintenance, and conversion activities, leveraging modern toolsets and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate Define, manage, and govern data conversion templates, standards, and processes across all deployment sites and functions Partner with domain data owners and functional teams to ensure data templates and conversion approaches remain aligned to the global ERP design Build and maintain detailed data conversion and cutover plans, coordinating activities across SIT, UAT, mock cutovers, and production cutover phases Coordinate and lead data extraction, load, validation, and reconciliation activities in line with the overall ERP program timeline Provide data cutover leadership, ensuring readiness, coordination, and issue resolution during critical deployment milestones Create and maintain data conversion analysis, dashboards, and project plans, including progress tracking, forecasted completion, and risk reporting Develop and oversee a data quality action plan, ensuring timely identification and resolution of data defects Oversee data validation and verification activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with defined standards Train and enable site and functional teams on data cleansing, validation techniques, processes, templates, and supporting toolsets Ensure all sites and data resources are capable and prepared to execute required data conversion activities successfully Provide regular status, risk, and issue reporting to program and IT leadership, escalating where data quality or readiness threatens delivery YOU MUST HAVE: Proven experience leading data conversion or data migration workstreams within large-scale ERP programs Strong understanding of data cleansing, data quality, validation, and data governance principles in a global template environment Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including business data owners, IT, and system integrators Experience planning and executing SIT, UAT, mock cutover, and production cutover data activities WE VALUE: Experience in multi-country or multi-wave ERP deployments Eperience in Microsoft D365 ERP deployments Exposure to AI-enabled data tools, automation, or advanced data profiling solutions Strong appreciation for data standardization vs. local data requirements Ability to explain complex data issues in business-friendly language Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization and data remediation activities Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies and timelines within a multi-site ERP deployment Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: A critical leadership role in a large-scale ERP transformation with enterprise-wide impact High visibility across IT, functional leadership, and program governance Opportunity to work with modern ERP platforms and advanced data technologies Competitive compensation and strong professional development opportunities High quality office environment with free gym, free parking and located in an easily accessible part of Oldham Access to LinkedIn Learning with thousands of expert-led courses to support your professional development \LI-TC1 \LI-ONSITE Resideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company.
