We are recruiting an Accounts Assistant Administrator on behalf of our client in Long Bennington, near Newark. This role involves assisting the accounts team, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and handling timely payment runs. Previously working in accounts/payroll preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase ledger invoices from receipt to payment.
2. Allocate payments, review supplier accounts, and resolve debit balances.
3. Generate payment run reports for review.
4. Manage urgent payments and resolve disputes.
5. Provide general finance support.
Requirements:
6. Previously working in accounts/payroll preferred, within the automotive or logistics sector.
7. High attention to detail and accurate numerical work.
8. Strong Excel skills and general computer knowledge.
9. Ability to prioritise workloads and meet financial deadlines.
