SAP Client Partner - hybrid - £130-150k base plus bonus Our clients SAP practice is maintaining a strong growth trajectory with another record year. They are further expanding their capability and investing in asset and approach development; increased focus on major client transformations, bigger deals and strategic opportunities e.g. Public Cloud…and expanding their SAP ecosystem network. Their work is predominantly in innovative S/4HANA transformations complemented by Suite LoB solution partnering with global companies to create sustainable business value. As a SAP Client Partner you will be a primary contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders on their client engagements and will take a key role in board level governance, often chairing or contributing to steering group and programme board meetings. You will provide guidance and direction to their delivery teams working with the Programme leadership team and working with account sales teams to identify and shape additional work packages that deliver value to their clients and enable their growth strategy. You will work with new and existing clients across various industries, shaping and delivering work that utilises their end-to-end transformation capabilities and unique position in the market. Your skills and experience Act as a client partner on large SAP transformation programmes, in particular during the design phase, looking at end to end business processes and benefits enabled by S/4HANA. Including end to end SAP programme director experience. Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers to influence CxOs and act as the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders at clients. Able to work in a delivery as well as sales environment and be able to display a high level of innovation and agility. Able to shape and deliver an up front discovery phase of an S/4HANA programme including the development of a business case and roadmap. Able to solution business led transformation deals acting as the End to End Business/solution architect. Be comfortable with managing complexity and are familiar in detail with the processes that are employed on projects. Have a strong understanding of the SAP market and competition as well as an ability to shape a deal. Build high performing teams that can work flexibly incorporating hybrid remote working models. Security clearance To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain SC clearance which means you must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
