Job Title: Finance Administrator
Sharp Consultancy is seeking a Finance Administrator to join a growing business based in Barlborough. This is a full-time, permanent position.
This newly created role is essential within the finance team, supporting transactional finance functions and managing daily office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Raising trade sales invoices
2. Entering purchase invoices
3. Performing statement reconciliations
4. Handling queries
5. Updating credit lists and managing customer payment chasing
6. Setting up new accounts and assessing supplier applications
7. Performing general office admin duties such as ordering stationery
Skills and Experience Required:
* Knowledge of Sage50 and MS Excel (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time management
