M&E Engineering Supervisor – Waterloo – 60K We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a prestigious, high-end residential estate in Waterloo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong leader who can manage a small team while maintaining exceptional standards across landlord and tenant services. The Role Reporting directly to the Building Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering operations across a premium residential estate, including some mixed-use elements. You’ll lead a team of engineers, ensuring all maintenance is delivered to a high standard while keeping the team motivated, accountable, and performing effectively.
