The purpose of the Investment Support Senior Administrator is to support the efficient and accurate creation, processing and delivery of Advisory switch forms. You will work closely with Line Manager and Switch Team to provide timely and efficient support to the team. Provide ongoing training, coaching, quality checking and support with complex issues. As our Investment Support Senior Administrator, you will typically: Perform quality checking in line with team procedures, updating the ‘quality tracker’ and provide appropriate feedback to administrators (generating and processing) Be the SME (subject matter expert) for all Advisory and Switch related queries and be a point of contact for consultants, members of the business and the team Ensure medium to high level client and adviser queries are correctly processed and completed within the agreed SLA, escalating where necessary Allocate workloads to Administrators on daily, weekly, monthly basis and monitoring for completion Quality check and provide feedback on work produced by Administrators Provide support to the Switch Supervisor where necessary. What we are looking for in our ideal Investment Support Senior Administrator: Previous experience of working in a similar role would be beneficial (coaching, feedback, quality checking). Relevant Operational procedures knowledge desired but not essential. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Working knowledge of XPLAN, SharePoint, Pershing Nexus systems preferred, as well as external providers. Knowledge of TCF Principles and GDPR and how they apply to the individual role An excellent communicator with the ability to build professional relationships.
