Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum + Commission

Role Overview: As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts within the Tier 1 Automotive sector.
Leveraging your expertise in PCB boards, you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities of this Senior Business Development Manager job:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on selling PCB boards to Tier 1 Automotive companies.
* Identify and prioritise potential clients within the target market, including OEMs and key suppliers.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from initial inquiry to delivery.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
* Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements of this Senior Business Development Manager job:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Proven track record of success in selling PCB boards to Tier 1 Automotive companies.
* Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and technology.
