* HWRS Summer - 8.45am to 6.15pm
* HWRS Winter - 8.45am to 4.15pm

As a Site Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. From assisting visitors to maintaining the site, your work will help create a cleaner, greener community.
Your core responsibilities.
* Support the day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively.
* Keep the site clean, safe, and organized.
* Prevent commercial and non-compliant waste from entering the site.
* Promote recycling by maximizing waste segregation wherever possible.
* Be part of a team making a tangible impact on the environment and the local community.

Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, helpful attitude.
