What You’ll be doing: The role will involve: Running a caseload of debt recovery matters Managing claims via a debt claims portal Dealing with small claims defences after LBA's have been issued Preparing witness statements / bundles Taking calls from clients Taking instructions from clients Assisting senior solicitors Use of market leading, cutting-edge software/technologyWho we're looking for: Suitable candidates are likely to have: Previous debt recovery experience in small claims defence matters Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience of using legal case management systems Degree level education LPC/LLM or equivalent (desirable) A desire to qualify as a solicitor in the longer term and specialise in litigation workThis is a full-time permanent job, working 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The role will be fully office-based. Hybrid working will be available once fully qualified.
