We're working on behalf of a fantastic Alternative Provision in Stroud that is looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join the team ideally for an immediate start.
The school supports students who have been included from mainstream education, making this vital and rewarding work. The role involves supporting KS3 students who may exhibit challenging behaviour. Experience in this area is essential; experience in a special school is preferred but not mandatory.
The role
The TA role involves supporting the class teacher with various tasks and remaining proactive throughout the school day to effectively support teachers.
