About the Role
Are you an experienced support professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a Support Team Leader to guide and inspire our support team while driving outstanding results.
This is a remote role with a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, working 7pm – 7am .
What you’ll do:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to perform at their best
* Oversee day-to-day support operations, meeting SLAs and KPIs
* Handle escalations and work closely with management to resolve complex issues
* Drive process improvements and implement best practices
* Conduct performance reviews, training, and career development planning
* Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in team leadership or senior IT support
* Strong background in customer service, technical support, or service management
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills
* Knowledge of ITIL and service management tools (certifications a plus!)
* A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement
