About the Role
As a Graduate in our Industry teams you will be embedded in multidisciplinary project teams, mentored by experienced engineers, and gain exposure to real-world challenges across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities include:
 * Design and specification of process, utilities and industrial piping systems.
 * Production of Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, and equipment sizing.
 * Preparation of design reports, datasheets, and technical documentation.
 * Participation in HAZOP, risk assessment, LOPA studies and design reviews.
 * Support for process modelling and simulation using tools such as Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and others.
 * Assist with project coordination, client meetings, site visits, cost estimation and material take‑offs.
 * Maintaining version control and document traceability.
Working examples of projects you may be involved with:
 * Battery electrolyte manufacturing facility
 * Solvent distillation plant
 * Biotechnology laboratory projects – food, biopharma
 * Primary chemical pharmaceutical manufacturing
 * Utility and high purity distillation plants
 * LNG plant capacity expansion
 * Catalyst manufacturing plant
 * High containment laboratory facility

Expectations & Eligibility
You must have graduated with a minimum 2:2 in a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree. You should:
 * Be ready to start in September 2026.
 * Possess a passion for the industrial sector and the future of the built world.
 * Show a flexible mindset, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
 * Be open to asking questions, offering new ideas, and driving innovation.
Successful candidates will complete an online skill enabler assessment following the application form. We review applications on a rolling basis, but early submission is strongly encouraged.
