What you'll be doing As a Customer Advisor at our Head Office in Plymouth, you'll play a vital role in making sure every customer has a great experience whether they're enquiring about a vehicle, a service booking or just need some direction. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a warm, professional welcome to all walk-in, telephone and online customers.
Identifying customer needs and directing them to the correct department or team. Answering, qualifying, and announcing calls to individuals and departments in a prompt and friendly manner. Handling and forwarding messages appropriately.
Assigning online enquiries and leads to the relevant Sales, Service or Parts teams. Managing live website chat to support customer queries effectively. Taking ownership of Customer Service enquiries resolving what you can and escalating when necessary.
