The firm is seeking a junior Conveyancer to join its team, working closely with its partner who will support you to develop your conveyancing skill set.
The Role:
* Manage a caseload of simple sales and purchase matters
* Engage with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
* Benefit from dedicated new business, file opening and post‑completion support, so you can focus on core transactions
* Working closely with the Partner to develop your knowledge
About You:
To be considered for this junior conveyancing role you must already have a track record of running simple sales and purchase files along with:
* Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a paper‑light environment
* Ability to work in the Sutton Coldfield office full‑time
* At least two years of working within a residential conveyancing environment
