Designed for up to 50 covers, it features a relaxing Bar, viewing window to the kitchen, and a superb Dining area. The restaurant offers innovative, seasonal menus developed from the finest local produce, an exclusive range of organic spirits, a 300-bin wine list, and a world-class champagne selection. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chef De Partie, located in the Greater Liverpool Area with some work from home flexibility. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting the Head Chef in all menu aspects and some development, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards, and supervising junior kitchen staff. The role includes ensuring that all food preparation meets restaurant standards and providing support in training and mentoring apprentices.
Qualifications
* Experience in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
* Proficiency in menu development and working with seasonal ingredients
* Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff and apprentices
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
* Experience working in fine dining or high-end restaurant settings is a plus
