Investor Relations Manager / Senior Manager - Interim 6 months - Day Rate (DoE)
The Opportunity
A high-profile international business, recently publicly listed following a significant strategic transaction, is looking for additional IR capacity to support a busy period of activity. With increased scrutiny from institutional investors, sell-side analysts and rating agencies, the Head of IR needs a capable, hands-on partner to help deliver across a broad range of workstreams.
This is an embedded role, not consultancy. You will own deliverables, work at pace, and make an immediate impact. The business intends to bring on a permanent IR hire in due course; this engagement could serve as a natural pathway for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
* Refreshing and strengthening the investor presentation and core equity narrative
* Developing results scripts, earnings messaging and Q&A frameworks
* Supporting consolidation and improvement of the IR web presence
* Coordinating investor engagement including roadshows and analyst interactions
* Contributing to board and management materials as required
* Helping embed IR processes appropriate for a newly listed business
Who We're Looking For
* IR Manager or Senior Manager level, solid listed-company IR experience, but you don't need to have been a Head of IR
* Sector open, though consumer, industrials, leisure, gaming or similarly operationally complex businesses preferred
* Strong written communication skills, you'll be writing presentations, scripts and web content from day one
* Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where structures are still being built
* Pragmatic and delivery-focused, you take ownership and get things done
* Available for approximately 4 days/week from as soon as possible
