About the Job Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be responsible for and assisting with completing the following duties: Maintain purchase ledger and ensure timely supplier reconciliations Process monthly supplier payments Reconcile nominal ledgers to P&L and balance sheet, investigating variances Produce commercial reports, including project, aged creditors, and payments Assist with KPI reporting and development of weekly and monthly insights Support preparation of management accounts Prepare and submit Intrastat data to HMRC Post invoices and resolve supplier queries efficiently Carry out additional ad hoc duties as needed Essential Criteria A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally Purchase Ledger focused Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software - SAGE 200/SICON preferably For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
