We're a friendly SME contractor based in the South & South East of England we are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead our maintenance service and small projects across our housing department throughout the South & South East based from our office in Fleet.
The Contract Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing numerous services covering MEP and fabric refurbishment service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery.
This will be predominately sub-contract delivery with some internal headcount, you would be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliance while being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship.
The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract.
The successful candidate to have:
* Experience of managing a site teams and high volume work streams
* Experience of managing client expectations and providing excellent customer service
* Experience of pricing and managing small projects up to £30k
* Working in connection with the Projects team over £30k
* Producing Health & Safety Documentation to Industry and Client Standards
* Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
* Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
* Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
