The Role Were looking for a driven, organised, and customer-focused Interiors Project Support Specialist to join our Complete Interiors division. Youll play a key role in supporting our busy sales team, advising customers, and ensuring every project delivers exceptional results.
What Youll Do
* Consult with customers to understand their furniture and interiors needs, budgets, and preferences.
* Provide expert product knowledge and guidance, keeping up to date with design trends and supply chain developments.
* Drive sales and revenue by delivering tailored solutions that balance functionality, style, and cost.
* Use design software to demonstrate how interiors can transform spaces into inspiring, efficient workplaces.
* Build strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, consistent supply, and innovation.
* Support and coach Customer Service Administrators, ensuring requests are handled promptly and accurately.
* Act as an escalation point for customer issues, working closely with planners, delivery managers, and credit control.
* Meet weekly and monthly objectives set by the Division Director.
What Were Looking For
* Experience in a sales-led environment (furniture/interiors industry experience is a plus).
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships.
* Analytical thinker with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable across all levels.
* Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
