Role Highlights
As a Care and Support Assistant, you’ll help residents live independently. Daily tasks include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. The role offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents’ wellbeing.
About You
* Location: Ideally within commuting distance to our estate.
* Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred. A Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
* Skills: Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service; thrives in a team and eager to make a positive difference.
