About the Role
Seeking an experienced pensions lawyer with a strong background in de-risking, including buy-ins, buy-outs and associated risk transfer structures, with an interest in developing innovative solutions tailored to institutional clients.
Responsibilities
* You will be a qualified lawyer with strong experience in the pensions de-risking space, either in private practice or in-house (ideally with an insurer or similar provider).
* Experience of longevity swaps and reinsurance structures is advantageous as is BPA knowledge.
* Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills are essential, alongside the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and manage external counsel.
* A collegiate, commercial and pragmatic approach is key.
