Your responsibilities
1. Lead external manufacturing audits, supplier audits, and routine compliance verifications for Reckitt, following up on audit actions.
2. Ensure supplier activities comply with regulations and Reckitt guidelines to minimize risks.
3. Prepare technical summaries and audit reports within 28 days.
4. Recommend approval or rejection of new suppliers.
5. Escalate non-standard issues to relevant leadership and manage through the CEP process.
6. Propose quality improvements and training for suppliers.
7. Develop risk mitigation strategies at suppliers to reduce potential risks.
8. Collaborate with Procurement and Factory Operations to resolve quality issues affecting safety, compliance, and performance.
9. Maintain ongoing supplier assessment and re-approval programs based on risk.

* Knowledge of supplier and quality management systems such as ICHQ7, EU GMP, ISO13485, ISO9001.
* Strong leadership, partnership, and facilitation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

* Risk management expertise to develop and execute mitigation strategies.
* Lead auditor qualifications and experience.
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline.
* Experience in healthcare or nutrition quality organizations.
* Understanding of manufacturing and packaging operations, including raw and packaging materials.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing in the role's location.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
