Are you a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or similar in the commercial sector that wants to work for an industry leading business that is expanding rapidly and slowly become the sought-out name within the industry, who will give you sector specific training, development to advance your career and the opportunity to work with great people in a good environment?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established yet growing company who operate in multiple sectors with the main aspects being Retail, Hospitality, Education and Healthcare. As an independent surveying company, they offer a range of services including cost planning, project management and value engineering?
This varied role will see you responsible for and trained to work on multiple projects at once, producing bills and quantities, tender specifications, cost planning, financial control and reporting as well as feasible projects. You will be based out of the office, but you will be required to travel to sites across the UK occasionally.
This role would suit a Graduate in Quantity Surveying or similar, looking to work for a growing company who will allow you to work in various sectors, co-ordinate multiple projects at once and progress into0 Senior positions within the company.
THE ROLE:
Producing Bills of Quantities
Tender Specifications
Cost Planning and Financial Reporting
Monday - Friday (office/ site based)
UK wide travel
THE PERSON:
Graduate Quantity Surveyor or similar
Full UK Driving License
Commutable to Newry
Happy to travel
